The Executive Board views quality as a key element of the group’s culture and believes that its management approach is grounded in a spirit of continuous improvement that permeates all of the organization’s processes, with the aim of achieving the company’s strategic objectives and meeting the needs and expectations of customers and other relevant stakeholders.
It also states:
