Max Clean Evolution

Laser marking

Molding machine
Our molding machine allows us to manufacture the best agglomerated cork stoppers on the market. The cork bodies are produced by injecting a mixture of cork granules and natural binders into individual molds.
Once in the molds, the mixture is compressed and subjected to extreme temperatures—both hot and cold—to solidify into its final form. With Lafitte, you’re guaranteed a stable, visually appealing, and structurally uniform product.
